Quiet systems. Visible outcomes.

A few examples of what happens when AI is designed around the work, not placed on top of it.

Operations / 01

Northline Logistics

A dispatch desk that keeps moving after hours.

Dispatchers were re-keying load data across three systems every time a shipment status changed, adding hours of lag after hours when nobody was watching the board. We built a dispatch agent that reconciles updates across the TMS and customer portals automatically, and only pings a human when a load needs a judgment call.

Aperture Health

Turning clinical operations into clear next steps.

Clinical staff were losing time mid-shift hunting through scattered protocol documents to answer routine procedural questions. We built a retrieval system trained on their internal documentation that surfaces the right protocol in seconds, with citations back to source so nothing is taken on faith.

Cairn Commerce

From lead form to useful conversation in 14 seconds.

Leads were sitting in a form queue for hours before a rep followed up, and by then most had gone quiet. We built a qualification and routing layer that engages a new lead within 14 seconds of submission and hands a qualified conversation straight to the right rep.

Bring the messy version. We’ll find the signal.

Tell us where work gets stuck. We’ll come back with a sharper view of what to automate, what to keep human, and what to leave alone.
