Before you ask

Questions about data scraping & processing automation.

Is web scraping legal?

Generally, scraping publicly available data is standard practice, but we review the specific sources and terms of service with you before building anything, and avoid anything that isn't clearly permissible.

How often can the data be refreshed?

As often as genuinely useful — hourly, daily or weekly are all common, depending on how quickly the source data actually changes.

More on automation & workflows in general.

What happens if one of the tools in the workflow goes down?

Every automation we build has defined failure behavior — it retries, alerts a human, or fails safely. It doesn't fail silently, which is the actual risk with most DIY automations.

Will this replace the tools we already pay for?

Usually not. Most automation work connects the tools you already have rather than replacing them — we only recommend swapping a tool out when the alternative is clearly better and worth the migration.

Tell us where work gets stuck. We’ll come back with a sharper view of what to automate, what to keep human, and what to leave alone.
